Our Story
Our story starts with Chef Scoty, a family member with over 45 years of experience in the culinary industry, whose incredible talents inspired us to share his passion with the world. Instead of opening a restaurant, we chose a food truck for the freedom to create fresh, flavorful menus that fit every event. Based in Media, Pennsylvania, we serve elevated American street food and are available for private and public events.
